Shipping & Refunds
WonderFil™ Specialty Threads UK Online Store does not deliver to countries outside of the UK.
A list of retailers in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand carrying WonderFil™ threads can be found at www.wonderfil.ca/locations. For retail location inquiries outside of North America, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and are as follows:
0.0 kg – 1.0 kg £3.10
1.0 kg – 2.0 kg £4.30
2.0 kg – 5.0 kg £6.30
5.0 kg – 10.0 kg £8.30
10.0 kg – 15.0 kg £10.30
*FREE SHIPPING is offered on all orders £49.00 and up.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the Canadian head office. Returns must be sent to the UK location (as listed below).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
* Thread with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you wish to refund a purchase, please forward a copy of the email receipt from your purchase to email@example.com and state in the email which items you would like a refund for. You will receive a reply with the address to mail your items to. Please remember that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you wish to exchange any part of your order, please forward a copy of the email receipt from your purchase to email@example.com and state in the email which item(s) you would like to exchange for. You will receive a reply with the address to mail your items to. If the items you wish to exchange for are a higher cost than the original items, we will ask for you to pay the difference before the exchange can continue. If the items you wish to exchange for are a lower cost, we will refund you the difference. Please remember that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. The replacement items then be sent to you without shipping charges (applicable only to the first exchange per order).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
